These Terms of Service govern your use of thelabelnetwork.com and any purchase made through our website. By placing an order with The Label Network, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us
The Label Network is an Irish-based label supplier, operating as a sister company to OnlineLabels UK. We supply A4 sheet labels and direct thermal roll labels to businesses and individuals.

2. Eligibility
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Products & Pricing
All product prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Irish VAT at 23% is applied at checkout. We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. 

4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. A contract is only formed once we confirm acceptance of your order.

5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of order unless you hold an approved trade account. Trade account customers operating on Net30 payment terms agree to settle invoices in full within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend trade account privileges for accounts with overdue balances.

6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our website, but these are estimates only. The Label Network is not liable for delays caused by couriers once an order has left our facility.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, available separately on our website.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, logos and branding, is the property of The Label Network and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Label Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
