Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders the same working day, provided your order is placed before 16:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Costs
Your individual delivery cost can be previewed in your shopping cart before checkout. The total is calculated based on the products and quantities in your order.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been picked up by our courier, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your order's progress.

International & UK Shipping
We currently ship across Ireland. For other destinations, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery costs.

Saturday Delivery
We do not currently offer a dispatch method that guarantees Saturday delivery.

Local Collection
Local collection may be available by arrangement. Please contact us at (01) 554 6450 to discuss collection options.

Incorrect Delivery Address
If you realise your order is being sent to an incorrect address, contact our team as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we can update the shipping details. If it has already been collected by the courier, we may be able to relay the updated address, though an additional fee may apply.

Packaging
We take care to package all label sheets and rolls securely to protect their condition during transit.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
